Job Description For SPS Associate:

  • The Seller Support Associate serves as the main point of contact between Amazon and our business partners.
  • Responsibilities include delivering prompt and precise operational assistance to Merchants utilizing the Amazon platform.
  • The ideal candidate plays a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience on Amazon, prioritizing a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • As a Seller Support Associate, tasks encompass resolving persistent system issues, suggesting process enhancements, creating internal documentation, and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere, all while meeting service level agreements for phone and email inquiries.

Primary duties and tasks:

  • Address Seller Inquiries via Phone, Chat, and Email
  • Manage inquiries from sellers worldwide according to their time zones
  • Adhere to provided guidelines for optimal seller interaction

Daily Responsibilities:

Supervisory Skills:
