As an Associate Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, constructing, testing, configuring, and supporting applications based on business requirements.
- Understanding the business dynamics influencing performance and delivering software solutions accordingly.
- Incorporating technological advancements into solutions and contributing to the development of automation solutions, new features, and technologies, seamlessly integrating them into existing solutions.
- Handling incident resolution and providing customer support through various channels such as voice interaction, email, chat, or remote support.
What we’re looking for:
- Proficiency in anticipating and swiftly resolving business challenges.
- Versatility and adaptability, with a knack for quickly acquiring and applying new skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Timely delivery of code meeting quality expectations, along with active participation in peer reviews.

Preferred qualifications include:
- Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and Performance Analysis.
- Experience or knowledge in configuring and customizing Salesforce.com applications.
- Proficiency in J2EE and full-stack development.
- Knowledge and development experience in .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
- Expertise in test automation engineering, including the creation of test designs, processes, cases, and data.
- Application of business and functional knowledge in testing standards and methodologies to achieve overall test objectives.
- Designing testing scenarios for usability testing and preparing related reports.
- Analyzing results and providing observations to the development team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates should hold a full-time B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) degree from the 2023 & 2024 batches.
- No active backlogs during the application or onboarding process.
- Completion of the relevant degree within the stipulated duration without any gaps.
- Candidates with the highest educational qualification will be considered.
- No participation in the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
- Candidates should have less than 11 months of experience.
- Eligibility to work in India by citizenship or relevant work permit documentation.
- Willingness to work in any Business Unit/Service line within Accenture and relocate to any Accenture office across India.
