Position: Process Executive – Voice

Qualification: Any graduate (excluding BE/BTech/MCA)

Location: Hyderabad

Role and Duty:

  • Connect with customers via chat support, meanwhile effectively communicate product/service information, and troubleshoot issues within agreed timeframes.
  • Simultaneously, manage stock keeping units in ERP, ensuring adherence to process SLAs, and ensuring security practices, while also coordinating with vendors for IT equipment issues.
  • Next, process transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, alongside performing data cleansing, and meticulously recording production statistics.
  • Furthermore, update CRM, continuously stay informed on process changes, regularly provide reports, striving to ensure customer satisfaction, and skillfully handle initial assessments of IT service issues.

Position: Trainee – Junior Data Analyst

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate/Doctorate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medical sciences, or registered nurse.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently perform data entry of information from source documents into clinical/safety databases.

Responsibilities:
