About SAP:

The Role:
- As a Concur Service Administrator, you’ll be the designated configuration expert, dedicated to resolving configuration cases for Concur customers.
- Your success in this role hinges on managing and maintaining customer configurations, adjusting options as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill customer configuration needs promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with customers to analyze requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Document and present comprehensive reports on completed work.
- Adhere to SAP Concur’s rules of engagement for customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance and enhance KPIs such as SLAs and customer satisfaction.
